I recently came across a video about the soleus push-up (calf raise). Apparently it helps with sugar. Do you think it’s effective?

The lower limbs are critical, mainly because of the amount of muscle mass they contain. More muscle, more the mitochondria and storage you'll have to dispose of dietary glucose and fat.
